PATIENT'S CHARTER

That this House condemns the Secretary of State for Health for permitting general practitioner fundholders to enter into contracts, with organisations and hospitals, outside the general practitioner's catchment area without any consultation, or approval, by the patients registered with them, and for the Government's failure to cover this major issue in their falsely described Patient's Charter.
