Ghazanfer Ali

That this House expresses dismay at the imprisonment over the past four years of Ghazanfer Ali, of Bradford, in Mirpur City Prison in Azad Kashmir; notes that court proceedings have been adjourned constantly and that no credible evidence has been offered against Mr Ali, who is charged with two murders and arms offences; is shocked that bribes have been demanded for Mr Ali's release; and urges the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, who is visiting Britain this week to arrange for Mr Ali to be released immediately from prison so that he may rejoin his wife and family at home in Bradford.
