Greater Manchester Ambulance Service Trust

EDM number 1179 in 1993-94, proposed by Liz Lynne on 06/05/1994.

That this House deplores the latest example of waste in the National Health Service by the Greater Manchester Ambulance Service Trust, who have decided to employ the services of a firm of communications consultants; and considers the best way to improve the image of any health service provider is not by spending money on public relations but by spending whatever money is available to provide the best possible level of service in consultation with the dedicated ambulance personnel and the users of the service.

This motion has been signed by a total of 23 MPs.
