leave out from 'Wars;' to 'maintain' in line 7 and insert 'congratulates the Secretary of State for Defence for increasing the funding of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission by 50 per cent. in cash terms over the last five years; further congratulates the Commonwealth War Graves Commission on the excellent work that it does in maintaining cemeteries and memorials in 145 countries throughout the world, whilst building up a surplus of funds of over ú1.5 million; recognises that the reduction in the grant from the Ministry of Defence to the Commission for 1994-95 will merely reduce the size of this surplus and that Her Majesty's Government has made it clear that they would not accept any reduction in the Commission's budget that would result in any plans to cut back on projects at all, including maintenance therefore enabling the Commission to'.
