That this House welcomes the publication of the Professional Association of Teachers of the survey of teachers' perceptions of the effects on children of the new entertainment technologies, particularly the effects on children exposed to gratuitously violent material in video films; and urges the Home Secretary to take the PAT report into account when framing the proposed Government amendment to the Criminal Justice and Public Order Bill regarding the classification of films.
