leave out from 'House' to end and add 'believes that the sooner County Hall is used for real job creation in the private sector, the sooner the poverty encouraged by the policies of Labour controlled Lambeth and Southwark Councils will be reduced; and furthermore is concerned that there are sites in Lambeth which could be developed to create job opportunities in the area but the Labour councillors maintain poverty creating policies in order to keep people dependent on help from the local Labour Council.'.
