Bcci Liquidation (No. 2)

That this House is concerned that members of the BCCI Creditors Committee formally elected as representatives of the Depositors Protection Association are, unlike representatives of institutional creditors on the committee, being prevented from discussing issues of crucial importance to the liquidation with those whom they represent; and believes it to be an absurdity that the duly elected representatives of the Creditors Committee cannot discuss with the whole body of creditors who elected them the present position with regard to this liquidation.
