PRIME MINISTER'S CORRESPONDENCE
EDM number 105 in 1993-94, proposed by Frank Cook on 25/11/1993.
That this House notes with considerable concern that a letter delivered to the Prime Minister on 29th September from Mr David Leysham, Group Chairman of the North Yorkshire and South Durham Area of the Ramblers Association, on the serious issue of possible loss of public access to the nation's woodlands, remains not only unanswered in terms of reasoned response but to this date denied even the merest acknowledgement; and registers the heartfelt hope that the polite reminder from the same correspondent dated 23rd November will not suffer the same degree of dilatory attention.
