That this House calls on Her Majesty's Government to take powers to secure the removal of the unfair, unacceptable and unnecessary limitation on the freedom of the National Farmers' Union to serve its members imposed by the Restrictive Practices Court in 1971; and further urges Her Majesty's Government to use the current Agriculture Bill to provide a remedy after appropriate consultation .
