That this House notes the Chancellor of the Exchequer had part of his legal bill for evicting a tenant paid by the Tory Party; further notes that Thames Water had contributed Ãº50,000 to the Tory Party; and therefore calls on the honourable Member for Sutton Coldfield, as Chairman of the Conservative Party, to make it clear that no money was used from this source to fund the legal case.
