Justice For Orville Blackwood

That this House, welcomes the High Court decision for a new inquest into the sudden death of Orville Blackwood on 28th August 1991 at 31 years of age in Broadmoor Hospital following an intramuscular injection with Phenothiazine sedative drugs; and applauds the efforts and hard work of Orville Blackwood's mother Mrs Clara Buckley, and of other members of Mr Blackwood's family in ensuring justice is done.
