leave out from 'Cyprus' to end and add 'regrets however that these talks broke down within two weeks without progress; notes with concern the report of the Secretary General to the security council of the United Nations that Mr Denktash persisted in adopting negotiating positions which did not fall within the "set of ideas" endorsed by the Security Council as a basis for negotiations; calls upon Her Majesty's Government to act with urgency, energy and initiative,as befits a guarantor power, to bring about a resumption of the talks at which all those participating will negotiate positively towards a solution which offers justice, peace and prosperity to all the citizens of the Sovereign Republic of Cyprus,be they of Greek, Turkish or other ethnic origin.'.
