Herman Ouseley

That this House congratulates Herman Ouseley on his appointment as the next Chair of the Commission for Racial Equality; and calls upon the Government to take this opportunity to (a) bring forth proposals to strengthen the Race Relations Act 1976 and (b) give legal recognition to racial motives in crimes of harrassment, attack and murder.
