Bosnian Refugees

That this House is appalled that Home Office delays mean that 200 Bosnian refugees are currently stranded at the Austro-Slovenian border; notes that the Leeds based European Refugee Trust, which sent a convoy of coaches to collect these refugees, sought guidance and approval from the Home Office before going ahead with the mission; notes that the Leeds European Refugee Trust believed they met the recent requirements for immediate United Kingdom entry for people with special humanitarian needs; further notes that 25 refugees are intending to obtain accommodation in Rochdale; and calls upon her Majesty's Government to allow immediate entry for these refugees.
