Election Of President Clinton

That this House welcomes the victory of President Clinton; and further welcomes the President's commitment to stimulating steady growth in the global economy, an early conclusion to the GATT talks, continued efforts to reduce nuclear arsenals, the rededication of the fight against world poverty and support for the emergent democracies.
