That this House believes that the future of the refitting and refuelling of Britain's nuclear submarines should be determined in the best interests of national security and the British taxpayer; and welcomes the constructive proposals by Devonport Management Ltd which combine an excellent strategic and cost-effective plan for servicing Britain's nuclear fleet at Devonport with a programme to ensure continuing work at Rosyth.
