New Opportunities For The Railways

That this House would add at paragraph 19 of the Government's White Paper, New Opportunities for the Railways, to the Government's list of desirable benefits of private sector involvement and liberalisation, greater levels of worthwhile investment, and the aim of sensible switching of freight and travellers from road to rail.
