Conduct Of The Judiciary
EDM number 645 in 1992-93, proposed by Harry Cohen on 23/10/1992.
That this House is outraged by court decisions to grant bail to defendants accused of racially motivated murders; notes that bail is frequently denied for lesser offences than murder to black and white working class defendants; and regards the granting of bail in cases of racially motivated murder as clear evidence that the judiciary does not take racist attacks and racist murders seriously.
