Bail Hostels : Staffing Cover

That this House notes the common practice whereby staff work alone in bail hostels at weekends; expresses its concern that such staff should be exposed to the physical danger inherent in this situation; and calls upon the Secretary of State for the Home Department to ensure that all bail hostels operate with double cover at all times and that they are adequately funded to provide this level of staffing cover.
