Proposed Deportation Of Kailash Kaur

That this House expresses concern at the proposal to deport Kailash Kaur, who has been in this country for eight years, despite the Home Department recognising that six of her children are wards of court and therefore unable to accompany her, remaining in the care of Nottinghamshire Social Services; and calls on the Secretary of State for the Home Department to consider this case as one where there are exceptional circumstances requiring exceptional treatment outside the rules, to prevent the family break-up and to protect the health and welfare of both mother and children.
