EDM number 427 in 1992-93, proposed by Peter Bottomley on 06/07/1992.

That this House, interested in open government, and noting the Exchequer's confidence in its defence of the judicial reviews of building societies' composite rate tax and of the writs of restitution, calls on the Exchequer to make public all its evidence and affidavits that have been provided through the courts and that would be provided if Clause 63 of the Finance Bill were not enacted, while accepting that some of the evidence could properly be anonymised to protect tax payer confidentiality.

This motion has been signed by a total of 2 MPs.
