leave out from 'House' to end and add 'recognises that the so-called standard English accent is a derivation of southern regional accents; understands why it causes amusement and amazement not only in the North of England but throughout the English speaking world; but nevertheless is concerned that those who have paid expensively or otherwise have acquired such accents should not be victims of discrimination on that ground alone.'.
