Proxy Votes

That this House, in the light of reports of abuse of proxy voting by Conservative party workers, including the BBC Newsnight report broadcast on 22nd June, calls on the Home Secretary to institute a review of the arrangements for applying for proxy and postal votes so as to prevent any such abuse in the future.
