That this House is concerned by the decision of West Midlands Gas to close its showroom at Sheldon in Birmingham; recognises the inconvenience and hardship this will cause to Sheldon residents, particularly the elderly and infirm; regrets the inability of Ofgas to prevent the closure; and calls upon West Midlands Gas to reverse its decision immediately.
