That this House deplores the actions of Backer Electric, who have declared their intention to de-recognise the trade unions and are coercing their employees to sign new contracts of employment forgoing their right to enhanced payments for overtime worked; and condemns the Government for introducing legislation which has allowed employers to treat their workers in such a manner.
