That this House urges extreme caution on customers considering making purchases from Radiocraft Sonus; warns that this firm has a record of aggressive response to consumers' complaints and notes that the Swansea branch has had a record of about 50 official complaints a year over recent years; calls upon the Director General of Fair Trading to consult with the trading standards officers in Cardiff and Swansea before the firm's Consumer Credit Licence (No.023425) is further renewed, and points out to the Director General of Fair Trading that although the registered office is 251-3 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff, the firm refused to reveal to a Member of Parliament's office the name of the company chairman.
