Deaf Employment Service In Calderdale

That this House congratulates the Deaf Employment Service Project in Calderdale; beleives there is a desperate need for this unique, specialized organisation for the deaf; notes there are over eight million people in the United Kingdom with some hearing loss; and urges the Department of Employment to give support and funding to allow the project to become properly established.
