Purchase Of Criminals Stories By Newspapers

That this House is appalled at the prospect that two recently-released drug smugglers could sell their story to the newspapers for huge sums; and calls on the papers' editors to announce that they will not make such payments and on the Government to introduce legislation preventing convicted criminals from so profiting from their crime.
