EC DECLARATION OF 'WOMEN IN POWER'

EDM number 2357 in 1992-93, proposed by Anne Campbell on 20/07/1993.

That this House condemns the United Kingdom Government for failing to sign the declaration adopted at the European Conference Women in Power, held in Athens on 2nd and 3rd November 1992; further notes that this was endorsed by every other national Government in the EC; and congratulates the 70 or more honourable Members who have signified their support of the declaration by signing Early Day Motion 2327.
