Us Tariffs On Steel

That this House calls upon Her Majesty's Government to act with determination in order to respond to the imposition of extra tariffs on exports of British steel to the United States; considers that this excessive protectionism is wholly unjustified since it disregards the principles of fair competition; and calls upon Ministers to ascertain whether the respect which Britain has rightly accorded to the United States is actually reciprocated, so that jobs in Britain may receive some concern.
