Conduct Of Mr Justice Tucker

That this House is concerned by the decision of Mr Justice Tucker who has announced that Asil Nadir, currently resident in Turkish-occupied Cyprus, will not be tried in his absence on charges of fraud, theft, false accounting, conspiracy to defraud, and breaking of bail, whilst on charges connected with his activities involved with the failed Polly Peck International Company.
