Casement Park Accused

EDM number 2137 in 1992-93, proposed by Jeremy Corbyn on 09/06/1993.

That this House expresses its grave concern at the safety of the convictions of those imprisoned after the killings in Casement Park, Belfast in March 1988; notes that this concern is shared by the Committee on the Administration of Justice and the Haldane Society; and therefore calls upon the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland to refer these convictions to the Court of Appeal.

This motion has been signed by a total of 29 MPs.
