Non-Vocational Training

That this House deplores the change in funding arrangements for adult education which will have a detrimental effect on the provision of non-vocational education; and requests that these be urgently reviewed to ensure that evening and day classes, so important to the health and well-being of so many people, continue to be provided, and at a cost that is affordable.
