Port Vale Football Club And The Autoglass Trophy

That this House pays tribute to each and everyone who ensured that Port Vale Football Club reached Wembley for the first time in the club's history, the long standing supporters and their families, the administrative and ground staff, the manager John Rudge, Chairman Mr W. T. Bell, and all players in the PVFC squad, for their commitment, fitness and skill in the qualifying matches and final itself; applauds Stockport County FC for ensuring that the Autoglass Trophy Final was a memorable and thrilling football occasion; congratulates Port Vale for bringing the Autoglass Trophy back to Stoke-on-Trent; and wishes them every success in their second Wembley appearance in the Football League Division Two promotion play off match on 30th May.
