That this House expresses its congratulations and thanks to the staff of the Welsh Office Agriculture Department who have kept their divisional offices open since 1st April in the evenings and at weekends and up to midnight on 15th May thereby assisting many thousands of Welsh farmers with the registration process of the IACS scheme.
