Regional Railways Bicycle Charge

That this House regrets the decision by Regional Railways to introduce a standard Ãº3 charge for taking bicycles on their trains; notes that this charge will be levied irrespective of the length of the rail journey; believes that this is a disincentive to using public transport and environmentally friendly cycling; and calls on the management of Regional Railways to reconsider their decision.
