That this House is appalled by the inaction of the Official Opposition Front Bench who sat on their hands rather than vote against the Budget changes relating to oil taxation; and condemns the honourable Members for Kincardine and Deeside and Aberdeen South for lending their support to this ill-conceived Government measure which could cost thousands of jobs in the North East of Scotland.
