That this House views with grave concern widespread evidence of unrealistic changes in tenancy agreements and rents, imposed upon public house landlords and landladies by Inntrepreneur Estates (CPC) Ltd and publicised at the Annual General Meeting of Grand Metropolitan plc on 23rd February; and calls upon the President of the Board of Trade to initiate an urgent inquiry by the Office of Fair Trading.
