That this House expresses its profound shock and regret at the death of Bobby Moore; recognises his contribution as a truly great footballer at schoolboy, club, England youth, under-23 and full international level, as captain of England in 108 full internationals, as captain of the World Cup winners in 1966, and as captain of the West Ham United team which won the F.A. Cup in 1964 and the European Cup Winners Cup in 1965; and gives its deep condolences to his wife, family and friends and to West Ham United supporters everywhere.
