That this House regrets the decision of the Post Office to increase the minimum value of Premium Bonds to ú100; remembers that Premium Bonds were first introduced to encourage small investors to save and regrets that Mrs Diane Maclean, of 96 Machanhill, Larkhall, was prevented from buying her newly born grandchild ú20 worth of premium bonds because of the Post Office's regrettable decision.
