That this House notes that since the demise of the Soviet Union, the United Nations has acted when, and only when, it is in the apparent interest of the United States of America; hopes that the new era being ushered in by the election of President Clinton will begin to see a genuine new world order based upon the principles and Charter of the United Nations; and calls upon the new President to use the political and economic power of the United States to implement the Resolutions of the Security Council on Bosnia, Cyprus, Israel, the Middle East and Palestine.
