Trent Regional Health Authority
EDM number 1193 in 1992-93, proposed by Martin Redmond on 19/01/1993.
That this House condemns the Chairman and directors of Trent Regional Health Authority for failing to hold a proper inquiry into the reasons that so many babies have been brain damaged at the Doncaster Royal Infirmary, and for the insensitive, callous and totally inadequate statistical exercise they carried out to avoid facing the problem, thus continuing to endanger future babies; and further calls upon the Secretary of State to set up, as a matter of urgency, a public inquiry into the indifference to the brain damaging of children at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
This motion has been signed by a total of 38 MPs.
