That this House condemns the Doncaster Healthcare Trust for its indifference to considered public opinion by re-instating the consultant psychiatrist whose failure to follow professional advice was the direct cause of the murder of a teenager; and calls upon the Secretary of State to dismiss the Chairman and replace him with a person with some knowledge of, and common concern for, local public opinion.
