That this House condemns the replacement of Mr Glyn Rees, a Neath magistrate with over 28 years experience of health authority work, by Mrs Carole Hyde, Chairman of the Mid and West Wales Ladies Section of the Conservative Party, who has no known health authority expertise, on the West Glamorgan Family Health Services Authority; notes that this is another example of political fixing on quangos by the Conservatives; and calls on the Secretary of State for Wales to reverse this appointment.
