Human Rights Violations In Indian-Held Kashmir And Self-Determination

That this House condemns the systematic violation of human rights in Indian-held Kashmir; notes that killing, torture and rape are a regular occurrence; and demands that successive UN resolutions for Kashmir self-determination and a free plebiscite are acted upon.
