That this House congratulates the North and East Midlands Photographic Federation and its members on the high level of artistic abilities shown in their organisation's 1993 Exhibition of Photography held in Mansfield during the month of January; notes that the Exhibition received over 2,200 entries from 274 authors representing 33 clubs, all of which were extremely imaginative, competent and of a high standard; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to learn from this and other similar exhibitions and give greater recognition and support to the world of photographic art.
