Construction Ltd., has gone into liquidation where, according to the last set of published accounts, the company owed the Inland Revenue four years of employees' PAYE; further notes that one of the directors, whose fees were doubled in the last year of trading, is the Labour leader of Monklands District Council; and calls upon the Government to initiate an enquiry into the conduct of the directors and into the housing policy of Monklands District Council.
