That this House regrets the mistakes in Eltham Labour News, printed by NUPE; points out that Greenwich Health Authority's open news letter to its staff discussing the possibility of applying for trust status has been in circulation for weeks; suggests that there is little point in pretending to hold a local referendum on whether people disagree or agree with the local health authority opting out of the National Health Service as the Labour Party have at national level condemned such a suggestion as false; and asks whether these mistakes were deliberate or made through ignorance.
