That this House believes Asil Nadir, former Chairman of Polly Peck, when he says that he did disclose to the Conservative Party that his donations of Ãº440,000 were not being revealed in company accounts; believes that the Conservative Party therefore knew that the donations involved a criminal offence; and repeats its call for the Prime Minister to order the immediate return of the donations.
