PRIME MINISTER AND THE CITIZEN'S CHARTER

That this House calls upon the Prime Minister, in the context of his Citizen's Charter, to give those citizens who are telephone subscribers the right to choose whether or not to receive premium rate services on their domestic or business telephones.
